Montenegro Residence

The concept of the project arise from the idea of seeking to “fragment” the linear distribution of the house in order to provide movement to its internal distribution. At the same time this led us to the generation of a very rich volumetric on the exterior which gives its aesthetic richness.

By fragmenting its distribution, it allowed us to generate various small gardens around it that contribute with adequate natural lighting and ventilation of internal spaces, thus collaborating with internal comfort.

The terrace enjoys a privileged position by functioning as a means of direct connection between the internal social areas and the backyard. The idea of this terrace was to create an open space of simple appearance and that its structure was the one who spoke for its aesthetics.

The internal garden of the project, the result of fragmentation, is a very important element as an spot in the main entrance and also contributes in large part to natural lighting and ventilation.
